Allowed
- Planning and drafting educational or promotional content you own
- Using AI features to brainstorm and refine posts you will review
- Logging performance and goals for your own channels
Not allowed
- Illegal content, scams, phishing, or impersonation
- Abuse of AI features to harass, deceive, spam, or fabricate credentials
- Attempts to bypass rate limits, billing, authentication, or security controls
- Uploading malware or probing other users' data
- Scraping the Service at scale or reselling access without written permission
- Content that exploits minors or promotes violence or clear harm
Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and may report unlawful activity when required. Contact support@know2content.com if you believe an account is being abused.
