What is Know2Content?
A creator operating system that turns what you already know — from work, skills, and questions people ask you — into a content direction, ideas, scripts, a posting plan, performance notes, goals, and realistic monetization paths.
Who is it for?
People who want to start or restart posting from real experience: professionals, operators, teachers, builders, service providers, and similar — not only full-time creators.
Does it guarantee income or followers?
No. We help you clarify direction and prepare posts. Results depend on your work, consistency, and market. Monetization paths include readiness steps, not fake promises.
What do I get after signup?
You complete a short discovery / niche onboarding flow, then get a creator blueprint, content areas, ideas, and guidance for what to post next — within your plan limits. Later you can use Library, Stories, Calendar, Creator Coach, Performance, Goals, Reports, and Monetize.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can start free and upgrade to paid plans when you need higher limits. See sign up to begin, or Settings → Billing after you log in.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed through Paystack (typically NGN). Plan details and renewal status appear under Settings → Billing. See Refunds for how we handle refund requests.
How does AI work here?
When enabled, features may send prompts built from your inputs and saved creator context to a model provider to draft ideas, scripts, captions, coaching replies, or summaries. Outputs can be wrong — you must review before publishing. Read the AI disclaimer.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The product is built for mobile browsers as well as desktop. Most people start discovery and check “what to post today” from a phone.
Who owns my content?
You do. You grant us a limited license to host and process it to run the product. See Terms and Privacy Policy.
How do I export or delete my data?
When signed in, open Settings → Privacy & data. You can also email support@know2content.com from your account email.
