This Privacy Policy explains how Know2Content Ltd ("we", "us", "Know2Content") handles personal information when you use the Know2Content website and product (the "Service"). Know2Content helps you turn work, skills, and experience into a content direction, ideas, scripts, posting plans, performance notes, goals, and realistic monetization paths.

1. Scope

This policy covers information processed through know2content.com (or the deployment URL we operate), authenticated app areas under /app, onboarding, billing, and related support channels. It does not cover third-party sites you visit after leaving our Service.

2. Information we collect

Account information

• Email address, display name, and authentication credentials
• Sign-in via email/password or Google through Supabase Auth
• Timezone, country, and similar profile fields you choose to set

Product information you provide

• Onboarding answers (work, skills, audience, goals, constraints, niche)
• Creator blueprint, content areas, ideas, scripts, captions, stories, calendar entries, coach messages, reviews, goals, performance logs, monetization paths, and related saved content
• Creator Intelligence memory and preferences you save (for example tone, audience notes, or reusable context)
• Form submissions such as support or copyright reports

Billing information

• Subscription plan, status, and payment references. Card payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Technical and usage information

• Approximate device/browser data, IP address, security logs, and usage events needed to run, secure, rate-limit, and improve the Service
• Feature usage meters tied to your plan limits

3. How we use information

• Create, authenticate, and secure your account
• Generate and store blueprints, ideas, scripts, coaching, reports, recommendations, and related product features
• Personalize Creator Intelligence context so suggestions stay grounded in what you already told us
• Enforce plan limits and process subscriptions
• Send essential service messages (for example password reset)
• Respond to support, privacy, and copyright requests
• Prevent abuse, debug issues, and maintain the Service

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to promise income, followers, or business results.

4. AI-assisted features

Some features send prompts built from your inputs and Creator Intelligence context to a third-party model provider (currently OpenAI, when enabled) to generate structured outputs. Those providers process the content needed to return a result under their terms and our configuration.

Do not submit secrets, bank PINs, government IDs, health records, or other highly sensitive data into prompts or forms. Review all generated outputs before publishing. See also our AI disclaimer.

5. Who we share information with

• Supabase — Auth, database, and storage
• Vercel — Application hosting and edge delivery
• Paystack — Subscription payments
• OpenAI — AI generation features you request

We may disclose information if required by applicable law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the Service, users, or rights against fraud or abuse. We may share limited information with advisors (for example accountants or counsel) under confidentiality where needed to operate the business.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage required for authentication sessions and basic product function. We do not run a third-party advertising pixel stack on the marketing site by default. Details: Cookie Policy.

7. Retention

We keep account and product data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After deletion requests, we remove or de-identify personal data from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backups, security logs, legal holds, and billing records we must retain.

8. Your choices and rights

• Update profile details in Settings
• Reset your password via the reset flow
• Export or request deletion in Settings → Privacy & data when signed in, or email support@know2content.com
• Manage in-app notification preferences where available
• Cancel paid plans in Settings → Billing (via Paystack controls)

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (for example access, correction, deletion, or objection). Contact us to exercise them. We may need to verify your account email before acting.

9. Security

We use industry-standard practices including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, row-level security on creator data where applicable, server-side secrets, and provider security features. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. More context: Trust.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. International processing

Know2Content Ltd operates with a primary commercial focus in Lagos, Nigeria. Your information may also be processed in countries where our providers operate (including where Supabase, Vercel, Paystack, or OpenAI host infrastructure). By using the Service you understand that processing may occur outside your home country under those providers' safeguards.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes may be noted in-product or by email when practical. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
